Best of the best! Often as a woman you know you’re going to be ripped off as soon as you walk into a garage, and it couldn’t be further from the truth here. Shak, David and the team genuinely want to help you out. Instead of taking advantage of what you don’t know, they’ll find the best solution for you at a fair price. Really genuine people and amazing work. They were recommended to me by a member of the BMW club who knows a lot more than I do and he rates them more highly than the agency itself.

After multiple bad experiences with other garages, I've finally found Octane through the BMW Club and I must say they are the best out of the best. I honestly trust their work more than the agency itself as per my experience. Special thanks to Mr Shak and Mr David for the exceptional work done on our BMW's and the great spirit that they have.

Octane garage is the right stop If you are looking for a BMW specialist that has knowledge and straight forward people . I had the engine misfire issue and wasted my time, energy and money with other garage who couldnt fix it , they were just guessing spending my money. Hard to find specialists in Dubai. until I found Octane through BMW club . 100% recommended ! If you want to save your time and money and get your car fixed!

Practical BMW services at the right price.

Repairs of more sensitive, major issues still seem to be divergent between AGMC and this lower cost maintenance option. On X5 V8 the diagnosis of issues seems to be tricky and costly so there is no cheap option with these cars.

My experience is with BMW specifically.

Management and Mechanics are very experienced and knowledgeable, very welcoming and friendly specifically the big boss Mr.Shak and Mr.David. I always enjoy chatting with them and they give you specific details of the faults and issues they found when you ask, so there is always transparency when updating you about the problem.

If you ask for recommendations they are always happy to help as well.

I have mostly done agency repairs on my cars up until now and frankly Octane is a much better and personal experience.

For the quality of their work and expertise prices are fair as well and worth it.

Very happy with the treatment iv had at this dentist. Always friendly and professional. I'm a very anxious person who has always had a fear of dentist. Shoaib Ali has helped me get my smile back and I couldn't be more grateful. A very kind person who really does genuinely care about his patients.

I contacted this clinic for the first time this morning and I have just come off the phone to the practice manager.

I was enquiring about registering here ect. She was absolutely fantastic.

She was attentive, understanding, empathetic, friendly, informative, very patient centred and also very passionate about doing the best for the patient and also passionate about the quality of service the practice strives to provide to its patients.

She has made my day and restored my faith in dental clinics !

I hope the clinic knows how lucky they are to have her.

This is a lovely surgery the receptionist are very helpful and friendly. The Dentist are very good and I feel confident going here.

Called to see if my 2 year old son could get an appointment as he covered by NHS. The receptionist TRIED EVERYTHING to make me go to my private dentist. Poor customer service. I made it clear to her that I will be leaving this review.

I had to have a cracked tooth removed, I was given all the pros and cons of removal or root canal explained in great detail, I decided on removal, Arjun explained what he needed to do throughout the treatment and reassured me every step of the way. Excellent dentist with a lovely nurse assisting. The staff are all really polite and efficient. I would recommend the practice, especially if you're a bit nervous about dental treatments as I am

Attended this dentist for the 1st time last week , as a new patient.
I had several problems with my teeth which were concerning me and wasn't able to visit the dentist due to covid.
I was given an appointment very promptly by a lovely lady "Alice" on reception who was very polite and helpful.
The dentist put me at ease immediately and sorted all my dental problems in 1 visit. He explained everything clearly and was very polite and sincere.
I am very relieved that my dental issues are sorted and in such a professional manner.
I will definitely be attending my check up in 6 months time.
I would highly recommend this dental practice.
