Great food in a very poor place. It’s too good and it’s a shame that it is located in downtown kitchens. It’s very quiet for intimate dinner but this sort of food is not meant for intimate dinner.

The food quality is great! Great portion.
Price could be a bit lower

One of the best pot seafood in dubai, we tried many this is from our top three and tried many branches multiple time same quality.. you can use entertainer also and drinks are refill free also rice refill

The food was not tasty as it was before, I remember coming once a month to have my fav bucket, but I don’t think I’ll be coming anymore. It doesn’t have the same portion for the same price and the taste is so much different than before. PS: they should focus more on the customer service ????

This branch is very bad. Rice was over boiled, shrimp and crab were very old and not cooked well and it was covered with alot black juice.

The food was vey nice. They never failed to serve nice seafoods. I’ll definitely come back! I would highly recommend Gillian for her great service. Very accommodating and professional and her service is Exceptional. ????????❤️

DO NOT GO THERE !!! You will get POISONED and they won’t even apologize and will tell you we will investigate.
I went with my family to have dinner, after a nice day we were all completely fine, suddenly after some time my mother threw up as she has a very weak stomach and when we went home my husband started throwing up and i had to take him to the ER after a rough night. And it ended up that my husband got food poisoning, and she said probably something that was raw or unclean would cause this much bacteria and infection. The manager had the audacity to keep debating with me that my husband and mother did not get poisoned from the restaurant and they will look into it.
So disappointed in this place , i have already reported to authorities with proof and will make sure no one else goes through something like this and not even get a sincere apology just debate with you that they had nothing to do with it.
They definitely lost a customer and i will make sure everyone knows about this !

I really can't beilive I'm actually going online to write a review ???? food was diabolical ordered Cantonese style chicken(deep fried) yeah that came as plain chicken in a tub of black sauce and about 3 onions lol I also ordered sweet and sour chicken balls but your sweet and sour sauce has a grey/black tint to it...i can't beilive I'm writing this
But I have just finished work and this diabolical order turns up ???? I though maybe the beef chow main would salvage the order but I take a bite and it's sour....... Like how can chow main noodles be sour...... Genuinely lost for words... Guessing the chef was having a bad day 0/10 would never go back and only ordered because you had a 4.4 rating no idea how you got that ????????????

I usually love their food, especially their rice. But tonight, the rice was dry, my chicken greasy, the crab ragoon, were hollow and even my fortune cookie was stale. The two stars are for my husbands meal, he sad “wasn’t bad,” very disappointed.

Just moved to Plymouth pl4 and went by Google reviews. Well.... Either I'm used t something cooked by a Chinese person that tastes of Chinese or maybe nobody who reviewed this had actually eaten there. Vile vile vile. Went in the bin. It's fast I'll give them that but completely inedible. Go somewhere else..... Anywhere... Even your local crematorium!

Absolutely disgusting I still feel horrid the day after eating. Cantonese duck batter was the greasiest, most foul tasting thing I think I've ever eaten in my life. I shouldn't of considered trying somewhere new. Even thinking about it now is turning my stomach. Vile

When my usual Chinese take away closed down I tried this one , have been three times now and am really pleased, lovely food,quick service, decent portion size and piping hot , great selection on menu and the special chips are to die for . Excellent takeaway highly recommended.
