This company has a great selection of products covering everything you need for an office. Most importantly the customer service is awesome. I had an issue with a product and received a call back from Cherrie within 30 minutes. It was great to get a human being and not an email to help me resolve my problem in less than 24 hours. Easy to deal with. Trustworthy. Stand behind their products. highly recommended.

I had ordered a Canon Pixma G3411 printer from this site. After two days, I got a call that my order will be cancelled as they don't have the product available with them. I did ask them to deliver me when it's available but they didn't agree. So luckily I had done cash on delivery and there was no money refund issues but this is kind of cheating to customers. Please don't waste your time purchasing anything from this place. Time is valuable and also trust which a buyer has on seller.

They had stock of an item that was not available in the market which was good.. and the price was good. However after sales is terrible .. i ordered dish washer. They only dropped item and when kitchen was ready i called them, and they just ignored me. Had to bring another people to install.. will never deal with them again.

Scammers. Asks 3 months in advance for item that was not available and when time came, tells us that item is no longer in production and will only return the money as store credit. Funny enough, it looks like they have swindled a lot of people already.

Updated review: The product I bought from their store took a bit longer than expected to arrive, the product had technical glitch, I returned the product, refund took longer than expected, but after contacting customer service, they've managed to sort it out . so I am adding 3 more stars.

As said by another reviewer, the things ordered were not available when they were shown available online. Refund took forever, we had to open a dispute with Paypal, then, only then we were refunded. Thumbs down. Never again.
