This is a follow-up on our outstanding payment for the material purchased from your company in July 2021. Despite our numerous attempts to contact Mr. Shaji, we have yet to receive a response or any indication of when we can expect the payment to be settled. We are disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism demonstrated by your company.

As of now, nearly a year has passed since the payment has been pending, and we have been left with no choice but to request that you either settle the payment immediately or return the materials you purchased. Additionally, we have found Mr. Madhav's responses to be very arrogant and unprofessional. We hope that you take our concerns seriously and resolve this matter immediately.
