1st Floor, Office No. 117 are complete scammers offering fake jobs. Don't go for the interview. They will ask you for money instead. Don't waste your time and money.

What a lovely little place! Everything was very clean & spotless. Annie & Eric were amazing hosts, very accommodating and very welcoming. They attended to our needs & requests very well & were super helpful. Their place is honestly a hidden gem. Very close by to the local town & lots to see, eat and drink locally. Lovely little welcome hamper with treats & cold drinks, milk & water in the fridge on arrival. Would definitely return in future and recommend! Thank you.

First class accommodation. Totally luxurious and spotlessly clean. This really is a 5 star apartment. Annie and Eric were great hosts and extremely helpful and friendly. The welcome bottle of fizz and the basket of Cornish goodies is a real treat.

What a find and only a short walk to Falmouth town centre. Would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We stayed at the Falmouth Marina Apartment for 4 nights over the May Bank Holiday. The apartment is amazing and would definitely rate it 5*. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. There were lots of extra little touches like the nespresso coffee machine and pods, the welcoming basket of goodies and the bottle of fizz on ice in the room when we arrived. The bed is super comfy. We both suffer with back problems and we slept so well on the mattress and had a great nights sleep. The apartment is very quiet and private and although it is situated at the back of the main house, Annie and Eric the hosts were completely respectful of our privacy and used their front balcony instead of the back garden whilst we were there. The location of the property is superb and it’s only a 10-15 minute walk along the marina side in to town with a few pubs and restaurants along the way to stop off at with fantastic views. Annie and Eric really are super hosts and they were on hand at all times if we needed anything and gave us some great tips on places to eat out in the evening. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, we had an absolutely fantastic holiday!!

lovely warm welcome, with a beautifuly presented welcome basket. Milk and cold water in the fridge and a nice chilled bottle of fizz.
Apartment is very clean and new. Good rainfall shower. Quiet and private location.
Bed, well we are fussy about beds, this one is top notch though, pillows too all good.
Thoroughly recommended

I have never stayed in an airbnb before and initially wanted to stay in a nearby hotel, but due to the pandemic and restrictions, hotels were not accepting bookings for leisure, only work. I was a little bit disappointed as we wanted room service etc. so we could enjoy a lazy 4 day break in Cornwall. Well, I needn't have worried, the studio apartment not only met our expectations, it exceeded them. I don't think the description on the website even does it justice. The studio is modern, comfortable, spacious, immaculately clean and smelled amazing. (I actually took a photo of the air freshener used and have bought an identical one for my home.) On arrival we were presented with a wonderful basket containing scones,
clotted cream, jam, biscuits, chocolates and fruit, as well as a bottle of prosecco on ice, which was very welcome after the long journey. Nespresso coffee, tea, milk, mineral water, and sugar were all provided. They even have lovely dressing gowns waiting for guests, as well as an abundance of soft towels. There was body wash, shampoo, cleansing pads and even cotton buds. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding luxurious. The hosts explained how to work the TV and gave us access to their netflix which was great. Another lovely touch was the patio heater and the blankets by the door for cold nights. There was even an umbrella for rainy days, the lovely hosts really thought of everything! I have stayed in hotels which don't even come close to this level of comfort, attention to detail, and cleanliness.The hosts Annie and Eric are really lovely people, -welcoming, warm and informative, sending me tips for local restaurants, bars and other attractions within minutes of me asking for recommendations. The location is fantastic too, with the lovely town centre only a short walk away, marina, beautiful beaches and friendly people all made this a memorable trip. Free on-road parking right outside was very convenient. 'm pretty sure that we will come back to Falmouth and become regular visitors over time, and we won't even consider staying in a hotel now! Our hosts told us to come and knock if we needed anything but we didn't need to as everything was provided. There is not a single negative thing I can think of, it was just perfect.

Our second stay at the appt, just as good as the first. Spotlessly clean, fresh linens and all the extras of a 5 star hotel. Annie and Eric are fantastic hosts who are dedicated to making your stay as perfect as possible. The seperate access to the appt allows you to come and go as you please. Ideal location ,easy walking into town for shops, pubs and resturants. We will most definatley return for a third visit.

Excellent stay - Annie and Eric were wonderful hosts. Lovely location, so handy to walk into town. Sophisticated bolthole in Cornwall - will definitely be staying again!

Stayed here just before the 2nd lockdown in 2020. Very nice clean accommodation. In a lovely part of town with a short walk into town centre with great views of the port. Lots of cosy pubs and lovely independent restaurants. Hosts Annie and Eric very accommodating and we'll definitely be back when we can!
