He was regularly in touch with me and assisted me immensely in purchasing the timepiece I was looking for. As I live outside of Dubai, there was a time zone barrier between us that sometimes resulted in him communicating outside of his office hours to keep me updated. Even on my purchase date, he had to coordinate with multiple other Omega stores to ensure a smooth delivery of the watch and properly explained all its features to me.
Whenever I decide to purchase another Omega watch in the future, this boutique will definitely be at the top of my visit list. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking to buy an Omega watch to visit this store.
