The office spaces are massive and clean, lighting is perfect, staff are friendly. Also they is the co-working space which I love.
Free coffee and tea, also they have barista coffee made by Jake so you dont really need starbucks lol.
Best part, its walking distance to Dubai Mall.

Administration is responsive. Quick to action, accommodating and pro active if there are issues either external or internal. Clean offices everyday. I could say a good place to work. Toilet facility is always clean hotel like ambiance. Good they have coffee bar with nice coffee all the time to keep me awake at my work.

Great coffee shop at One business center on the 7th floor. Latte on coconut milk is wonderful.

One of the best places to work. As an Architect, I personally love the look and feel of the co-working space. The best morning coffees combined with relaxing background music makes it a peaceful work space.

Been working at the OBC in downtown for over 2 months now. The staff is extremely professional, courteous and helpful. There is IT support as well and the coffee made by Jake is superb!

When visiting Dubai on a work trip I used the facilities for a week with One Business Centre. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and everything seemed very new and well maintained. Highly recommended.
