The 9th tower staffs at your kitchen needs briefing every after 30 minutes on morals, if you continue with staffs like then customers like myself will quickly sort for other restaurants choices. They are extremely rude and lazy.

I think you should close the 9 tower Branch, or replace the entire staff, very rude staff, and preparation too too much delay, i don't know how are you surviving with these kind of staff. If you can't give food on time then why you accepting orders online.
