This was my first company set-up in the UAE and I had absolutely no idea what to do or what to expect. One Stop came highly recommend to me so I was optimistic with high expectations. I can honestly say my expectations were exceeded.

What I found was a highly professional, knowledgeable and supportive team formed around Nizar. Nizar has a depth of experience that is rare to find, and a very caring, kind manner in which he dealt with us. He listens carefully and offers a range of solutions when considering my concerns, and delivered on every promise he gave me. In fact, the team at One Stop over delivered and before I knew it our company was fully established and open for business far sooner than expected.

Any concerns or questions I had were always answered in a timely manner, often within a very short period of time. Every person who accompanied us to any of the government offices was friendly, professional and supportive. The entire experience could not have been smoother!

I can not recommend One Stop highly enough, and believe we have developed a partnership that will last for a very long time.

Incepting a company in Dubai is not as simple as it may seem. Especially during a period as we have just been through due to covid-19. Setting up our company in Dubai and transferring our collaborators from London was an urgent matter and OneStop has been incredibly efficient, responsive and caring throughout the process. Their team managed to find solutions to complicated situations as well as advise us. This was beyond what we could have expected.
They speak and advise from experience and their solution driven approach will make anyone’s move to dubai a very smooth and safe exercise.

What a great place to start and end your boating holiday. You can get all your supplies very reasonably priced, on the doorstep. There is a chippy take away, also a child and dog friendly pub that does lovely meals.

The staff are all absolutely lovely and have got the time of day for you. Boat tutorial was fantastic with such a happy and friendly member of staff. He was lush. We had an amazing time ( shame the weather was poor) and will definitely be going again. X

Fabulous few days cruise around the Broads on a Herbert Woods boat. Cranes, kingfishers, cormorants and even the elusive bittern! Windmills, reeds and sails aplenty - a wonderful trip.

Had the best day on the day boat hire from Herbert Woods!! Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with advising on what to do.

Boat was clean and easy to use, we are total beginners!

The broads are beautiful, so many lovely scenic spots all over to moor up & enjoy.

Total 10/10 experience.

10 out of 10 for customer service! We were made to feel very welcome on arrival, and felt that nothing was too much trouble for them.
The staff in reception, the life jacket section and the guy who showed us around the boat were all fantastic. The boat was exactly as advertised, so that was a relief. Electric hook ups were cheap and easy the access (but would suggest they become harder to access when mooring points are busy in the summer). We had a great break with 3 generations all enjoying the time together. Thank you.

It was a fantastic week on the Norfolk Broads. the weather was fantastic. I'm looking forward to October for when I take out the newest of the Fleet.

Lovely experience with Herbert Woods. We rented a boat for the day and had a little putter on the broads. Very reasonably price and good condition of the boats. We ran into a bit of bother time wise as I was unwell (heart and kidney failure patient). Gave them a call and the lovely lady on the phone was very understanding and told us not to rush after we had to stop due to having heart palpitations. After a little rest and a gentle ride back they were very kind and understanding. Lovely views on the broads, nice a peaceful. Lots of places to stop for a meal and have a walk around. Would highly recommend, lovely staff, very friendly and reasonably price. Highly recommended them.

It's a wonderful experience to be on the water in such a beautiful location. The boat was clean and has everything you need. Staff were friendly, including engineers who came out when our boat broke down. All was fixed and sorted no issue there. Also when someone bumped us they were very understanding and said it was no worry.
However,
We didn't get a trial run.
We weren't told how to deal with sail boats.
We had no manual on the heating system.
We weren't told the importance of sticking to the speed limits (most people we saw we're speeding). This erodes the banks
Our speed dial was off.
Personally it's very commercial now, the rivers feel like highways not nature filled quiet sanctuaries.

Highly recommended for family adventure and holiday. We try to go every year, kids love it. Staff are friendly and helpful, boats are well equipped, comfortable and clean, some will show some wear and tear, depends which one you choose, however it will not spoil your holiday. Great holiday to wind down and cut yourself off from the noise of your daily life. Herbert Woods is best in my opinion for boat hire on Norfolk Broads.
