Worst service ever !
I ordered just 3 Niqab on 8 Feb and they promised to provide me the order by 15Feb. On Feb 15 ,I asked if I can collect my order . They said next day and I still agreed and I asked the next day at around 6pm , but they further delayed to 10 pm . I had to cancel the order.
Like for I didn't ask to make 300 Niqabs ! . Just 3 !
When I asked them why it isn't ready , they said they haven't made the order yet. Like seriously ? They took more than one whole week and then say that they haven't even made my order ? Pathetic.
When asked why they haven't made , the reason they gave was "they had some huge wholesale Abaya order !"
So they chose to ignore retail customers ?
Niqabs are even simpler than Abaya and there are many Abaya stores who provide with 5-6 Abayas in a week's time.
Finally I cancelled my order. Poor service.
Very very disappointing service ever !
Don't waste your time ordering in their website.
