They are liars when it comes to appointments. Once you show up for your appointment, they make you wait for hours and give you unreasonable excuses. The hair stylists blames the receptionist while the receptionist blames the hair stylist. The staff clearly has preferences for certain customers. They are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Every time you call to take an appointment they are confused or give you a weird timing so that you do not show up. The salon is very dirty and the overall hygiene is horrible.

I am sure between February and May the owner has come back. The refund was only collected in May, therefore, giving enough time for a 5 minute call. Atleast I do believe three months is a reasonable patient customer.
Initial review:
I visited Only You Salon quite frequently and love the service, the staff and their work. I hadn't had any issues with their work and outcomes. However, in a world where we are moving towards supporting 'home grown' businesses and where the owners are the face of the business and its all 'open communication', I struggled to just have one phone call with the owner. I went to the salon earlier this year and had two of their staff that were coughing endlessly and clearly very sick. During a pandemic, that is scary. 4 days after my visit, i started showing similar symptoms and then tested positive for Covid. Now, this could have been contracted from anywhere, but all I was trying to do was have a nice conversation with the owner where I wanted to advise her about how the staff should be resting at home or taking better precautions such as wearing a mask if they have symptoms. All I requested time and again was just one phone call, however, I was denied this and given multiple reasons as to why I couldn't get this call. Since I had used an entertainer voucher, I did say that in a case where I don't get a phone call, I would rather just ask for a refund for the service that was pending and I was offered the refund. Really? Is it really worth losing a customer as opposed to making one call?
