Saved me last night at midnight. My battery went flat in MOE and I had no option but to google battery replacement and ONSITE is the first company that popped up, I was hesitant to call them at first. After I call them they told to wait for about 30 mins. I did not wait for them instead I asked assistance from the mall to jump my battery and left from the mall and reached home. ONSITE delivered and replaced my battery at my home which is a very good help for me as i needed the car the next morning! They accept card payment.

I think these guys will definitely raise the bar when it comes to service and efficiency. Was referred to On-Site by another battery stockist. They said they can’t replace the battery on my Porsche Cayenne Turbo since the unit is under the driver’s seat and it needs a skilled technician. Hence they referred On-Site.
Spoke to Shibu who checked my vehicle details and referred the correct battery with the necessary amperage. He said Sharif will pass by later tonight after Iftar & prayers.
Sharif promptly called, asked for directions and said he’ll be there later in the night since he’d to pick up this particular model battery from the office.
Came by 11 pm. Very quickly and efficiently got down to work. Man! That was a fast and skilled job to remove the driver’s seat, take out the old battery and fit the new one. Job done in 15 mts. Hats off to Sharif. Very pleasant personality and skillful. Payment done on the hand held POS. Warranty card given. Job done. Amazing!
I strongly recommend this team for their services. Wishing them the best!

Thank you to Sanath and Shibu for the superb service. What I really liked, apart from the fast and efficient service, is Sanath’s enthusiasm to impart knowledge on car tyres without judgement to a first-time car owner. That’s very rare nowadays. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

They are very prompt, have a good network so they reach your location very quickly. I have used them for my car's last two battery changes and had a good experience both times. The battery brand suggested both times turned out to be a good choice and long lasting. Both times, Shibu arrived at my location within 15 minutes of calling, and replaced the battery. Highly recommended service!

Excellent service ! Mechanic named Sanath came before time after I had given a call at 8:30 PM on a Thursday evening. Gentleman is very much professional and impressed me after a long time. Great communication and knowledgeable staff. I Highly recommend Mr. Sherif from their team who was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the process, from receiving my call and pinpointing the model and requirements for the battery to personally showing up, replacing the battery in under 5 minutes, giving advice and tips on maintenance and handover/ providing the warranty documents all in the convenience of my own home.
