Super place - well organised with plenty of information. Don't think that they are open every month but well worth finding out when you can visit. The day we were there some people were really getting into the spirit of it & had dressed up 1940's style and some good old music playing as well ! Coffee and cake were available. Free to look round but you can be generous with a donation. Plenty of parking as well.

Such a wonderful place to have a look round and to see and read all about the service men that served here and died here , open days on Sunday once a month so keep an eye out on the website or Facebook page.

Lovely place to see history. Enjoyed a cuppa , they had lots of homemade cakes, pies and sausage rolls.

Very interesting place to visit. Has plenty of items and photos to look at.
There is a cafe in the main builfong upstairs.

Free Museum to visit 1st sun of each month. Great place to walk dogs too.

Fantastic museum dedicated to the 448th Bomb Group. Usually only open on the first Sunday of each month from May to October, so be careful when planning your visit.

Interesting place if you are interested in this kind of thing, check opening times as I think it might only be open once a month. Food including burgers are often available too!

So much to look at and read, planning on going back when we have more time, you could spend hours reading personal accounts of the young men and women who lived through so much. The lovely Pat told us some wonderful stories behind the photographs.
