Food served here was tasty and fresh and hot too. Really like this place. Nice and cosy. They gave nice meal for kids which was as appreciable of them. Staff are very friendly. Prices are reasonable

Good shawarma rolls ,. They can surely make it spicy as well… ensure that you understand the order well and recheck and clarify as they ended up getting thing that we had not ordered but we’re just discussing.

This is my favourite place if you want to shop till you drop...... While Operation Falafel here gives you the energy to keep going.... Niceee

OK - just to start things of on a bad note, as this is for me a typical style fast food restaurant , being told it is a waiting time of 30 minutes on a Wednesday lunch time when there are barely any people in the restaurant nor the Outlet Village is to say the least outrageous!

Every single table that was dining in approached the counter at least once to complain about the waiting time.

As this is by far the most popular restaurant in the Outlet Village ‘food court’, they really need to work on their ‘customer satisfaction’ skills a bit!

For the rest all the greatness you can expect from Operation Falafel food wise !

Tried the beef Sambousah was yummy

Went on Sunday (June'23) evening. It's near Dubai Parks and Resort, Mina Jabel Ali Dubai.
Its a nicely maintained shopping center that sells branded products at discounted price.
The day we went GAP was offering upto 60% discount.
Overall its OK. Ambience is relaxed and shopping exp with village like set-up.

They have food court with limited options to 6 or 10 different outlets.. It has inside and outside seating area within the mall.

We completed our shopping and food within 3 hours.

Low Quality.
The size of the shawarma is less than half compared to other restaurants.
So expensive

Loving the mixed shawarma platter, good meat & crunchy french fries.
The falafel sandwich, just okay. Way too much sauce, to the point of overwhelming. You could ask for less sauce, if you wish.

Brilliant little place, BUT RINGO payment system is absolute rubbish. Arrived and went to pay via mobile phone as the ticket machine was not working, after several attempts the lady in charge tried 4 times and had the same rubbish response that I had. Eventually she agreed to issue me with a ticket as we had to get to an appointment. Had it not been for Debbie we would have had to go elsewhere. There have been so many bad comments about Ringo you really should change your system or leave it to a full time attendant. Good job she was there.

Not the car parks fault I guess, but the RingGo app failed to allow me to pay. There is a 4g signal here. The app failed to acknowledge the new registration and card details I had registered in advance.

Gave me a ticket when I had already paid for parking via the Ringgo app. Took ages to respond to my appeal and didn't even apologise for wasting my time. Made out they would not 'take action' this time......
