horrible customer service person do not look and listen to the customer and helping only their color and nationality (seriously) racism shop. most of the staff not assisting and quality so bad of the products and no warranty despite is expensive cost. I can get better brand from wholeseller with better quality of product not like this big wire!! I regret I bought from you.

Bad customer service on call. They just say yes/no to the questions and doesn't answer any other details. Hung up the call before I finished.

Horrible service! The staff very bad with customers 2 guys that take care of phone fixing are disrespectful and the worse from all this owner watching his staff and laughing with them. It is shame oppo have name on top of their shop as the brand Oppo is excellent but this place is destroying their reputation by providing such service.
