Very bad service, I have booked document pickup to this Orange Courier and they have accepted my request but I waited for whole day and nobody came to pick up the documents! even after one of their staff told me "the guy is coming in 15minutes"! please don't do business with this company. Very unprofessional. 1 star is not even worthy to give to this company. This should be reported to authority.

BAD SERVICE AT ALL.
Doesn't deserve even a 1 star.

It's my 1st time arranging with them but I encountered the following issues:

- Calls - no one is responding every time and saying they will give a callback but nothing.

- Customer Service specially the lady is really headache. She literally even don't know how to communicate, not apologizing for any delays or while being on hold.

- Price confusion

- Not accurate in pick up of parcel, they wanted you to be mad for them to push their drivers to collect immediately the parcel

THIS COMPANY IS NOT TOO BAD AND HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

This courier service doesn't deserve even one star!
It is customer discretion if they will give you a tip or keep the change, He tried to steal the change! The courier guy is very rude and arrogant!
For SMEs do not use bad couriers, this also reflects your business.

Not even single star rating. Poor customer service, non professional peoples. Dont know how to interact or prioritize the deliveries. Should not give this kind of poor service in this country, as UAE is world class in all aspects these are one amoung the few those will pull back.

Worst service ever. One simple delivery has taken more than 48 hours and their phones aren't working. Plus they give you a different quote on the phone while the rider gives you a different cost

This courier company doesn't deserve to get even 1 star for the rating...but i think the problem is with the staff..THE CSR NAME SHAYLA IS THE WORST!!! THIS GIRL SHOULD NOT BE ANSWERING THE PHONE, NO PROPER PHONE ETIQUETTE, VERY RUDE, i guess she is the reason why this company gets alot of bad feedback.
