Possibly the worst doctors surgery in the UK.
The reception team are incredibly rude, especially over the phone.
They have no concern for their patients or care what happens to them.
The staff are incompetent and really need urgent training.
It takes them over a month to carry out simple tasks and they refuse to answer emails.

Have been coming back and forth to the doctors now for several weeks
I booked an appointment with a specific member of staff for continuity of treatment only to find that the admin team have decided to change to someone totally different.
This is not what you expect when you have specifically booked to see someone specific. The change was made without my knowledge had I been told I would have rejected the appointment and rebooked

Absolutely rubbish service and rude receptionist. My first time trying to book a telephone consultation and still waiting 3 days for a call back.
They speak to you like you are dumb and your fault taking all responsibility away from the surgery. Severe lack of compassion and empathy. I had no choice but to change to this surgery. I really wish I had not.

Called start from 8:15 and finally got message to be called back. Get call back by receptionist at 8:50, and without having a complete conversation, she hung up. They even didnt try to listen what was my problem..its been over a month that my old parents were due to have their regular medication.

Compared to my husband's old surgery, they are the best. They don't get enough praise. Recently he had a text message to record his blood pressure and he says it was so easy to use the link. The old surgery used a portal and kept telling him that his blood pressure was too high to record, try again. Thank you for answering my questions about his meds, again the old one didn't cooperate even though I was the medical power of attorney....

The doctors (when and only when you get to see them are great) but the management and the reception team are just awful and beyond inexperienced.

We shouldn’t need to have a consultation with a 19 year old receptionist on our PERSONAL matters and await a decision from them if you are worth enough just for phone a call.

4 days last week just to be able to get a my call answered, 3 further days to get an appointment, 75 minute que in surgery just to try get someone to talk to and a week later still awaiting a sick note I need to send my company asap to be told daily they forgot to put it through to a doctor.

Completely incompetent. Been trying to get to get a referral for an asd assessment. Been trying since 2018. Lost count of how many times I've had appointments I've had. Only to find that referrals have not been made. Not surprising that there in the top five worst gp's in the country.

During a family crisis the staff at Mandeville Surgery were fantastic. Having contacted them in regards to a family members health they responded within a working day. I have also found them eager to help and polite.
This kind of service deserves recognition so thank you all.
