Extremely poor delivery. Ordered 2 hours ago, finally got ahold of the kitchen which gave me the drivers phone number. Driver stated he decided not to deliver so he cancelled the order. I called back the restaurant and they stated they he tried to contact me for one hour, but he didn’t even know my number. Deliveroo stated it’s the restaurants driver, the restaurant is saying it’s a Deliveroo driver. No one is taking responsibility.

Update the restaurant used a third party company. However they are not taking responsibility.

I ordered before from curry box and I was disappointed and now they have a new name with the same disappointment. This time I ordered pad Thai and spring rolls. The spring rolls were old and the pad Thai was over cooked and drenched in sauce. I called to complain and they collected the food and only credited me for a 3rd of the bill. I am disappointed that I got fooled twice by the same reaturant operating under different names.

Firstly, their delivery time and absolute joke. We called after over an hour to find out where our food was, and the man on the the phone was incredibly rude. It was apparently our fault for not calling and confirming the delivery time after placing our ONLINE order. And as we are new customers we "don't know their protocols". We eventually cancelled the order, mainly due to the rudeness and bad customer service we experienced. We won't be ordering again.

If a food outlet is busy or has logistics problems. do not take orders promising 40 minute delivery times and unable to deliver in 160 minutes. lousy

Ordered via Careem Food, accepted order and then cancelled an hour and half later after the driver had arrived to collect the food...called them direct they claimed they didn't deal with Careem food only Zomato and Talabat so somethings up as the menu is on Careem and they accepted the order...if rejected at the beginning then ok, but to leave us waiting and hungry is just rude. Awaiting an update from Careem but OB is now blacklisted after at least 8 years of patronage. I haven't the time or patience for this drama or empty stomach

It's a shame. Good food, but consistently long delivery times, even when pre-ordered 2.5 hours in advance, staff are rude on the telephone and just say they're really busy. If you're really busy and can't cope, don't take the order!! Environmentally, an absolute disaster with plastic packaging as far as the eye can see. Maybe start to move with the times???

Probably the worst food order for delivery every of any cuisine tried anywhere, and I rarely write a bad review for anyone.

Hot and Sour chicken sour was like a watery tasteless bland broth . 4 main dishes all tasteless. The crispy beef was tough chewy and not crispy at all. Even the schezwan rice was tasteless.

Add to this over 2 hours delivery time from a restaurant 10 mins from my villa.

In these times avoid at all cost.

I made an order via the app, the money was deducted but the order was declined and I have not received a refund. I tried the contact number listed to speak to someone and it says it's not a working number. Feels like a scam and extremely disappointed with the service.
