Very poor customer service. We can't blame the sales person. They don't have any idea about what they are selling. Need proper training.
In the billing section. If we ask for any warranty to the electronic item. There is nothing like that. We can use the bill as warranty card. And if demand for the same,they replied like she is responsible. ( How we know she will be there after 6 months)
To the management:- please train your staff about the products you are selling. And customer relationship for good business.

Osia Hypermarket is a great addition to the shopping scene! As a new store, it offers affordable prices on a wide range of products. With a spacious layout and friendly staff, shopping here is a breeze. Definitely worth a visit!

Some of the cashier they don't know about their job responsibilities and they need proper training how to treat customers.

We have lived in Fort William for a while and this was sadly our first visit to the restaurant. I say sadly because now we regret not going many times before. Wonderful place. Seated instantly with a great view of the Loch. Service was excellent. Drinks swiftly delivered and the food was ready in minutes piping hot and tasty as anything. 100% will be going back. Great place

Had a great meal here. Food was lovely, mid week and about half full, would recommend. Just visiting the area for a few days. Can see some older negative reviews but certainly not our experience in July'23

Staff here are so charming, they gave me an excellent view site to enjoy the sea, it was a wonderful meal for me,highly recommend to visit.

I was very nervous having read some reviews but either they are harsh or there is a new chef. My chicken chow Mein was good and the king prawns in oyster was also fine. Certainly no longer deserves the 1 star reviews.

First time in China Palace. It’s a nice restaurant with amazing food! The food we ordered are King Prawn Chow Mein and Szechwan Chicken. The price is also reasonable! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

An absolutely dishonest restaurant. Brought my wife and kids there for a dinner, food not particularly good. Fried udon not fully cooked. Eventually we found that the waitress who brought us in gave us a menu with higher price on almost every dish. She still made up some excuses when we checked the bill which was completely nonsense - saying westerners have a smaller appetite. If you want to taste something disgrace - don’t hesitate it must not disappoint you.

Greasy and bland is all I can say. It looked promising, after a 40 minute wait for a delivery I opened it up but the consistency of the rice was mushy and clumpy and the chow mein was just bland and greasy. I will never order from here again.

Had a meal delivered from here last night chicken balls sweet and sour sauce, noodles chips and it was so good I enjoy it alot especially the chicken balls. Will definitely be ordering again food was roasting hot also on delivery. Thank you.
