Terrible service
Someone calls in the early morning to confirm address and says package will be delivered today. I stay at home all day to collect.
Finally at 5pm someone else calls to confirm address.... again ! no the package cannot be delivered today, we give it to a subcontractor!

Complete waste of my time and the lady on the phone does not care one second. She hanged up on me as I was complaining!
