Great service. Staff are professional and friendly, very patient with kids. Especially after you pick glasses, it could be done in 20 mins. That’s so impressive.

All I can say is I am happy getting my pair of eyeglasses here. All staff are friendly and maintain high customer service. Shilpa assisted me, when I have concern with my lenses she was ready to assist and listen to my concern. The frames design option are huge and very lightweight and in style. I've also put prescription colored lenses in my oakley sunglasses it is just perfect. This is Japanese brand, cant go wrong. Highly recommended.

Beautiful boutique shop for sunglasses tucked in Umm Suqeim. Deepshikha & Hermena were very helpful and possess great customer service. The brand is of great quality and affordable. It was a lovely experience in the boutique.

I am so impressed with the service and attention from the staff here at the Jumeirah branch especially Hermena and Shilpa who were both fantastic. They were both so helpful and my new lenses were ready in exactly 20 minutes. Very very impressive and I would recommend Owndays and this branch to everyone. 5 stars ⭐️

Asked to wait for return didnt wait went away without being paid! Then had to get another taxi company then pay them to give him his money at the rank(someone less honest wouldnt have) then he has the cheek to say no to a taxi for me

Would highly recommend alan for his excellent service to us today he waited patiently outside a crematorium for us and took us to the tea venue then came back to take us home we needed a wheelchair taxi and he was very helpful to a 95 year old lady will have no qualms in using this this nice quiet man again and his prices were very reasonable
