I would have given a zero rating, since I never found zero so giving 1 star

Very worst hotel. Worst attitude of receptionist. I came from abroad to stay in this hotel in this year beginning 2023. They said room rate was 1000AED(22k INR) for one night, when actual rate of this hotel is just between 350-400 aed.
I asked the receptionist " Normal rate is 300-400 aed only; how come you says 1000 aed?"
They replied me back, " when Africans are paying blindly 2000 aed why not Indians? if you have money you pay or else go other hotel"

Then due to inconvenience and travel tiredness, i took room by paying 1000 aed to them. Rooms were not up to mark. Abundant smell in bathroom. No bath towel kept. TV not working properly. No bath mat kept. Totally zero and poor facilities for high rates. I would suggest all nationalities not to visit this hotel at any point of time

THE WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Dirty rooms , dirty sheets , dirty bathroom! No proper cleaning service, cockroaches in furniture which were coming over bed, two different single mattresses on a double bed, room and bathroom also very stinky , so much smell in sheets. hardly survived a night in this pathetically poor apartment. literally wasted my money!

Service is too bad, we pay for breakfast but don't provide this. They told me go another hotel he provide breakfast it is too long distance. This is not good.

Not recommended. Rude Staff. Bad and nasty rooms. cockroaches every where, kitchen electric stove wont work, will give you small electric stove in which you cant even make hot water, cook ware broken and coating pealed out, refrigerate leaks. horrible experience, booked for 1 month and run away within 2 days.

I love it!!!! I would stay there over and over again,all the house keepers were awesome and the desk lady very accurate,sharp and nice. I love their services and the closeness to different malls,even the closeness to baniyas metro station exit 1,it helped alot with movement,its closeness to deira creek also, I still relive the moments????????????????, I had my studio room at a relatively good price with kitchen and kitchenette

This hotel is close to baniyas Square Metro station which is good. Room service is also regular but the 2 bathrooms after cleaning still looked unclean atleast in our rented 2bhk. Nice bedrooms sheets changed regularly. Kitchen is worse microwave gas oven dont operate so could not cook anything staff was not helpfull here. Worse experience as we had to eat out and waste money on brkfast to dinner. Good for 2 or 3 days stay. Book only if youre on tour and want apartment just to sleep and keep ur luggage thats it.

I didn't like it . The wifi wasn't even working it was worse. The bathroom was dirty. The rooms were pretty small. I advise everyone looking forward to visiting this hotel they should not waste their money!

I've always had positive experiences with this practice until today. Their prices have recently gone up, so they tried to retroactively charge me £6 more for a check-up appointment which was already fully paid on 31st March, before the price rise. Not fair and unprofessional.
On a positive note, Dr. Zeina is the best dentist I've ever had. Reception staff needs improving!

We have been customers for many years since 2009. However there are more disappointments with this practice that is becoming unacceptable. Plus we use it as private dentist not as NHS staff. Today I’ve arrived to my implant appointment on time but the receptionist let the patient that was late to take my space. They told me to wait to which I said I have another appointment to make in town and can only wait for 15min. They then told me that dentist can’t see me only late in the afternoon (which I can’t as I have other appointments that cannot be cancelled) and offered to come for an appointment 1 month later!!! I’ve originally been waiting for this initial appointment for 6weeks as the dentist that offers implants at this surgery comes o my once a month. Same thing happened to my husband 3 months ago when he had to take unpaid time off to take 2 kids for dental check up. They arrived on time and yet their appointment was given to somebody else instead! We then were rescheduled a month later! They haven’t refunded for the lost hours and I find it upsetting to even be there as a private customer! Not only that I’ve had to do a crown fitting 5 times as all times the crown was not properly measured and done upon the 4th attempt the crown cracked when fitting on the tooth. I’ve been going to do so many poor issues to this dentist twice a month and I’m done! Would not recommend this practice any longer.

I recently visited MyDentist Farnborough, and I am thrilled to share my experience. Sapna, my favourite dentist, truly goes above and beyond to make me feel at ease. She understands my anxiety, and puts in the extra effort to alleviate this. My treatment is always finished quickly, and I am left feeling much better afterwards. Had been a patient here happily for many years. Sapna was my dentist but that good experience turned into a bad one for my whole family the past few years. I have 3 adult children & we have all recently changed dentists because of poor treatment. My son has been left with serve anxiety due to neglect & nasty comments about his teeth by her. His new dentist has redone work as he couldn’t believe how poorly it was done. My daughters have had issues & I myself have over time been left to feel totally worthless by my dentist to the point I dreaded going. She seemed anxious/reluctant to carry out work, constantly referring me. I had a tooth crumble during work so I had to have a crown fitted that came out as soon as I left the surgery. It wasn’t able to be refitted & I was left with a dead root in my mouth for 3 years (front tooth) said she couldn’t remove it. So couldn’t get denture. This affected my confidence greatly but she didn’t care. When I paid privately I got the best care as an NHS patient it was so bad. I don’t like to say bad things about people, I had previously had a good experience with Sapna and the surgery staff are lovely. But I feel very let down, the way I was treated & especially my son the last few years.
I have cried tears over my treatment, how I have been made to feel, my son has been very distressed & unable to eat properly & no help was offered because we couldn’t pay privately. When you offer to pay you get the gold star treatment, when it’s NHS you feel like an inconvenience to be honest. Our distrust & anxiety got so bad we had no choice but to leave, we had to wait over a year to get another NHS dentist & I’m glad to say he is lovely & is fixing all our issues but sadly the damage is done & some of it can’t be fixed. I feel slightly bitter about all of this because I previously had such trust in my dentist. It’s a real shame that my whole family were neglected so badly. We are real people it should all be about making money!

A piece of enamel broke off one of my front teeth last night so phoned this morning for advice. Was given an appointment late morning and my dentist fixed the problem . I am very grateful to them for sorting me out so quickly. Thank you so much

Hygenist Rebika was aggressive in cleaning my teeth, felt pain for 2 days in all my jaw. Then few days later I ended up in another dentistry prescribing me antibiotics due to severe infection, ended up with codeine and strong painkillers.There is a crown impact due to the aggressive work. Now I have to have root canal treatment due to the damage and new crown. How is it possible one hygenist to cause so much damage and ruin your new year . and one week before hygenist I had check up and 4xray at same dentist and was told all in order, just so obvious is from infection caused my not careful cleaning .At the time of pain tried to make appointment with the original practice but they wanted 86 pounds!
it's just unbelievable how much pain I have to go through
Everyone be aware as do not wish this kind of traumatising experience to anyone

As a dental phobic, I have to say I have been very well treated by both the dentists I usually see. Sympathetic and accommodating when dealing with my problem. Even the receptionists are friendly, which puts me at ease. I have no trouble visiting the practice.
