I am trying to reach the complaints department for the past one month to report a manufacturing default in one of the Always product that I purchased, unable to find any e-mail or contact number. Why is it so hard to provide an email address straight away for complaints? Also the Facebook page is only set to automatic replies which takes me to a very complicated page. Disappointed & dissatisfied.

Sent a serious complaint 2 months and 2 weeks ago and all they do is give a lot of bla bla and empty promises . I already asked to be in contact with higher management which they keep ignoring as well. Wasn't bad enough that inaccarute (lies) info on their packaging led to permanent damage. Fake promises on the package and fake promises from customer support.
