Until recently I have always bought my bird feeders and poles and found them to fill their purpose admirably. However my recent purchase has led me to review my position since a recent peanut feeder purchase broke at the screw fixing after a squirrel visit.

I can not believe the contents of your hedgehog food!! They are rubbish! As Rehabber of wild hedgehogs you should not be selling this! And by the way no slug pellets are hedgehog friendly, the picture on the packet is of an African Pygmy hedgehog. Same on you I have posted to our 2000 followers never to use.

I have been using Jacobi Jayne hedgehog food since march this year the hogs love it. I have tested it against seven other commercially prepared hoge foods. The hogs always prefer the Jacobi Jane food, some times they will even leave wet food. Great product, if they like it I like it..

I have had one of their Squirrel Buster bird feeders for some years when through my own carelessness I broke a couple of significant parts. The company not only replaced the parts free of charge, they even said that because they had been out of stock when I originally ordered them they would not even charge postage! This is an unheard-of level of customer service and I cannot do justice to how impressed I am. Thank you so much!

When things went wrong they put them right- twice -quickly-with no quibbling. (One thing arrived broke and the replacement was worse!) Not their fault more the carrier for chucking things about ( but that all depends on the route a parcel takes) the last time the item was so well packed it took me quarter of an hour to get to it! Things were sorted quickly and efficiently and goods dispatched promptly - customer service was excellent.

Always great support to queries. In the past they replaced a broken front to a woodcrete box in a large order when I provided a photograph. They have now also replaced a plastic insert to a squirrel buster feeder as it was old/weak and the ports were falling out which meant they squirrels could get the food. This plastic inserts plus separate metal feeding ports are now in the recycling bin. Thank you so much for the free replacement insert. Fantastic service again!
