The service I received at Pal Auto Garage is always unmatched and highly professional. I had received excellent customer service upon my arrival.I appreciate my advisor, Mr.deelip ( +971565390512 ), who always attentive and kept me informed every single step of the way! He is very personable, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure my vehicle is taken great care of which is greatly appreciated.

I am retired and could not afford Car Agency repair. After a search, I discovered PAL AUTO Garage at Al Quoz, where I met the Senior Supervisor Dileep. I was pleasantly satisfied with the major services plus the cost I had to pay including major replacement parts left & right arms for front wheel alignments. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend PAL AUTO Garage to all who Car Warranty have expired

Thank you PAL Auto garage Al quoz for your awesome work done to my car I couldn't believe still how these people repaired my car on time. Much appreciated Mr. Dileep my service advisor and he always supported me through calls and WhatsApp and cleared all my doubts in very steps and keep updating me as well he told it would take some days but before the date he delivered the car I will definitely recommend. Excellent service and very friendly staffs..

I had a dent in my car after an accident, and my insurance company referred me to Pal Auto Garage for repairs. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the outstanding service provided by the staff, especially by the supervisor, Adarsh S. The dent has been fully repaired, and my car looks like it was never dented.

Adarsh S was incredibly friendly, helpful, and customer oriented. He took the time to explain the repair process to me in detail and was always available to answer my questions. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process.

I would highly recommend Pal Auto Garage to anyone in need of auto repairs from the best professionals in the business. Their team and Adarsh S do an excellent job and I am really satisfied with the service and the first-class quality of work

Excellent service. Special thanks to Adash who personally assisted me through the entire service. I wish that there was more than 5 stars to rate the service and the really helpful team at Pal Auto, honestly this is my very first visit to this garage but because of the team as a whole it will not be the last for sure. I would definitely recommend the shop to all my friends and network. As I have never seen this professionally well trained team and genuine guys who will never try to take advantage of customers.

Got to know them thru my insurance company to get my cracked windshield replaced.

Mr Adarsh was very helpful and always kept me up to date throughout the repair. My car was fixed really very well and was ready before time.

Very Professional and highly recommended.

I was referred to Pal Auto by my insurance agency. They’ve done a great job and it took them only 5 days. Mr. Srijil was keeping me updated until it was done.
Today took my car here again for routine maintenance , Mr. Adarsh , and again I m very satisfied with their service.
Good price and great quality.
Will definitely recommend them to everyone.
