Have been here twice now and have always enjoyed myself. Lily greeted us very warmly both times and remembered us when we came back the second time.

Both times I came for the buffet breakfast and the food is good. They can improve the layout of the buffet though. Many things that go together isn’t together.

Had a mid-morning appt at the vaccine clinic, where I am taking part in a vaccine trial - but had to abandon it. For some reason they let cars into car park one even though it is completely full. Its difficult to get round and back out again within the 15 minutes "free period", as exiting cars block the lanes from people looking for spaces. There are signs to a car park 2, but it seems to have been replaced with a building site. For a hospital of this size to have such limited parking is absolutely shocking planning.

I drove in, parked, went into the hospital for a while, came back to my car and left. It's around £5 an hour but they pretty much know you're going to use it if you're visiting someone in the hospital so what can you do!

Possibly the worst car park I’ve ever used! Drove around for 15 mins, couldn’t find a space - so tight you are almost brushing cars coming the other direction and cars double parked everywhere - shocking for a hospital

Spaces are wide enough & I was able to get one . The light in the pay booth either needs to be fixed or turned on.- see picture. When I first went in I needed the torch on my phone to find where to scan the ticket. Also if you are planning to stay for any length of time be prepared to take out a second mortgage- see picture. Although there are certain concessions- see photo.

Parking spaces are very limited and charges are very high, like every other hospital now a days, we found this to be very crowded. Received good and quick care as we had booked appointment for urgent care at moorfields Eye clinic in St George's.

Parking is very muddy when the weather is bad. Spaces are not marked as it is just a piece of not tarmacked land, so don't forget your wellies. It is hard to believe you can be charged for parking in such conditions in central London. Shame that parking money is not used to improve patients' or visitor's experience, but most likely to fund hospital running.

I managed to park as my appointment was early. The barrier lets you in as you take a ticket and on way out..you scan your ticket at pay machine and pay your fee...£2.50 an hour...could be cheaper as its for ill patients or relatives! Then you need to keep hold of your ticket ???? as on way out, it needs to be scanned again and barrier then rises.

Managed to find parking on 2 consecutive days although it was very busy. Payment machine and barrier very easy to use. It was expensive at £2.50 an hour but I was pleased there was a maximum limit of £25 as I stayed from 8am-8pm.
