The locker in the room doesn't work properly.
No door mats in the room .No bathroom mats as well. Just 1 towel for 2 people.
Bathroom looks like very poorly maintained. Water linking from the sink in the bathroom. AC not working properly.
The floor looked like oily when I checked in on the 1st Day.
Need to be more hygienic and considerate.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone although the location of the hotel is good.

I am staying in the hotel for a long period of time and it’s my first time to be there. I can say that this hotel has many disadvantages. Room area is good but it doesn’t have Carpets. It’s not really good for me to stay in a place that has no carpet on the floor. The AC is very weird because I can’t control it. I tried many times to ask maintenance to repair the switch key but they never repaired it. So AC is on 24/7 which means you stay in freezer. They have a washing machine in the hotel, it’s good but it’s not including dryer! People are very kind to be honest, but sometimes they ignore my sample inquiries regarding the AC and the safe. The hotel price is affordable and the location is good regardless of they don’t have private parking. That means they charged me extra payment for parking my car in a near parking spot. I see this hotel has a good potential to be great place, but the Management has to have a clear vision and plan.

Hospitality at it's best!
The atmosphere, vibes and energy are amazingly calm, relaxing. The aura puts you in great mood.
Very delightful, grateful experience.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 week their hospitality and everything was so good. I stayed with my daughter and they have good location near to metro and Indian market near by. Most important thing was cleanliness and hygiene which was best ????. I would recommend for everyone to stay here if visiting Dubai.

The room is spacious, and the staff is very cooperative and well-mannered. ATUL at reception is very welcoming.

But room amenities are not good, especially the towels are required to be replaced with new. Slipper should be provided ,

waste of money Very worst experience plz do not book this HOTEL.
My first time in life experiencing such a bad hotel service
Only one towel for 2people, no Carpet and door mats from the washroom direct on the tire, no coffee, no sugar,no dental kit, no cutlets nothing. The most disgusting part
Am very disappointed and I feel I visited so many 3 stars Hotels even motels as well, this us by far the worst and shouldn’t even be on Dubai map
Hair from a previous guest!
Room, bed sheets, towels, you name it, nothing is clean or changed
Bed bugs biting ......
you don't deserve more than one star. people who give this hotel good ratings are lying and it's probably people who work at the hotel or people the hotel knows..... ????????????

i did not see such hotel in my carrer looting the people in such a way saying the room booker should pay extra amount if they bring a single guest too i did not hear this rule till now plz i dont recommend this hotel for traveller bladdy looters

Only in this hotel they take the extra payment for the guest who r invited by the room taker I don’t know what rubbish rule of looting the traveler in such a way really offset of welcoming the traveler in such a diss manner way of arguing for 100 dhiram I recommend people to not to visit such a looters hotel
