We booked this hotel because of its location and we were not disappointed. Easy parking, easy check in, Dani was very helpful, kind and also upgraded us, during our stay she was always smiling and offering to assist.
Our room was beautiful, great sea view, comfortable bed and nice balcony.
Peaceful night sleep. The breakfast buffet was very busy but had a lot of staff so it was perfect, lots of choice, great coffee and a nice view.
We went to the beach, again, the staff were very helpful, they put towels on our bed and kept giving menus and checking all was well. There are many beds. What a great weekend stay, the hotel is very well managed but it's definitely the staff that make it great

Fantastic location with great views towards Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa in the distance. Surrounded by the Palm crescent and associated hotels. Great for a stroll on the beach in the winter months.

IN THE SHAPE OF A PALM WITH 17 LEAF THIS MAN MADE ISLAND PROJECT STARTED IN 2001. MOUND OF SAND DREDGED FROM UNDER SEA WITH HUGE ROCK WALLS AROUND THE SAND MOUNTAIN IS THE BASE OF THE ISLAND.EACH ROCK WEIGHS AROUND 1 TON USED FOR THE BREAK WATER MANAGEMENT.AFTER PILING, IT IS SAID THAT 2000 HOLES WERE DRILLED IN THE GROUND AND FILLED WITH ADDITIONAL SAND TO STABILIZE THE THE FLOOR OF THE ISLAND FROM SINKING IN SEA.ADDITIONAL ARTIFICIAL CORAL REEFS AND BREAK WATERS ARE THE NEXT LAYER OF PROTECTION FROM EROSION.
