We have friends who live here- nice community, clean pool, great play area for children.
If your work and kids school are nearby this is a great place to live

Enjoyed living here for the most of my 5years in Dubai, quiet en upkept place, big gardens and not to far from any where (15min to Dubai mall, 10min to Emirates mall) and plenty of nearby supermarkets, restaurants (very nice golf course with 2 restaurants also), some of the best schools and leisure activities. In particular I love the swimming pool in Palmera 2, its the biggest of all Palmera communities. On top of that, the walking/jogging lane around all the communities is just perfect with its nice green and flowery walkways.

The houses and the Ranches in general where made by Emaar as a prestige project (after they build the Springs) and thus you can see its properly constructed, unlike the current projects in Dubai.

It is fantastic
Bcz it is so quit and it is good for the kids to play in the park and it is green
