It's good place for buying furniture in Dubai. Location in Barsha, Behind Mall of the Emirates. All kind of furnitures, home utilities are available. If you looking for super premium product ensure to go the 1st floor.

As an interior designer i can not recommend to a client! They are not professional when it comes to delivery, Instalation and customer services. I was very specific how soon i needed the delivery to be because I was traveling and even though they advertise delivery within 48 hrs. I was ok if it took a day longer as I was assured that delivery and instalation team will come together well before my travel date. I got the first delivery with missing items and I was told the installation would be done along with the second delivery instead. The second delivery couldn’t be delivered as soon as I would wanted it to be. As a result i postponed my travel date along with my obligations elsewhere! Second delivery Also had an item missing and the team was not aware that they had to install the furniture they previously delivered! This time around a Late delivery with missing items, a confused delivery team as what needs to be done along with some broken and damaged furniture that was revealed when the team got the furniture out of its boxes!! There was also an item that had different measurment as to what was specified in the website…which ALL meant a job taking way much longer than planned and failed expectations. A third delivery would have to be scheduled but it turned out Not to be the final one that had things in order as i was hoping !! the third team visit was not successful either and i was told the broken items are a last piece (opposite to what i was told when i reported the damaged goods)and i have to choose something else or get refunded! and that they will have to yet come on another visit to collect the faulty/ broken items .. It didn’t end there and the dilemma still continues even though i was very understanding and cooperative but am Wearing out of patience. These items were carefully and confidently selected and coordinated together with furniture from other showrooms. An end result that was supposed to be highly anticipated ended up very frustrating and disappointing.
they are on thier 5th visit and still can’t get a simple order right.. a very draining experience with pan emirates

After a long journey, it is the best furnishing store in Dubai. They offer a variety of furniture for all ranges. You can find luxurious, functional, and beautiful designs. The sale they had was awesome, I have got a very good deals. I waited until we got everything installed. The installment and delivery was on time and in perfect state except for one item that we ordered online in which the mirror was broken but they immediately sent someone to change it in the next day.
They have a lot of beautiful pieces, I’d especially recommend the bedrooms and the mattresses.
When you go there, make sure you check all the floors and whenever you have a question always ask the customer service there.
They also offer 0% installment plans with several banks that they can apply for you instantly.
We ordered most of our things at the store. But they have a website with more items and some of them are exclusive online so you can find a very good deals. Unfortunately they do not have an application.
The only downside there is that the count of staff is not enough to serve all visitors to you to look for the employee and ask him.

Don’t Trust warranty on products..!!

I got 2 years warranty for . But cheated..!!

This is to inform you that we bought product from Pan Emirates on 1 April 2022 though online with order number UE376937.

Unfortunately, we got unclean and poor product.But, we were not able to return the product due to some medical emergencies. However we have cleaned up the product and tried to use the product as normal.
Meantime, we informed to Pan Emirates Customer care and they arranged repair staff to repair the product. But, the staff said it is not repairable, can not repair the product.

And, the staff found that the product seems like very old and already repaired.
He said the repairing nail is there in the product and it seems like already repaired by Pan Emirates by the self’s.

They said the product which was delivered to me is like returned by someone and the company delivered the same product to me without checking.

I am totally disappointed due to this poor service from Pan Emirates.

The Service staff noticed that the chair frame was already broken and the product quality also very poor.
But, I would like to inform you that the product has already damaged on delivery and The product was in very poor condition when I received the item.

Worst online shopping experience! Don't shop online from them please. First, they tell you is 48hrs delivery when it takes 5 days. I had to call them more than 7 times for this to be fixed. They do not communicate with you regarding delays, rescheduling or split shipment.
My order was split and I was not notified until delivery came. I called them to know when the remaining order is coming and they don't know! How unprofessional! I am never using their online shopping! They should stick to in store shopping as this is what they are good at. I strongly advise against shopping online with them. How can i order a bedside table and the bedside lamp is not here and they don't know when it will come ????????????????????????????????????????????????????

There's absolutely no competition between Pan Emirates Home Furnishings and others. It's either Pan Emirates Home Furnishings or nothing More. They have it all. A lot more goodness to talk about them...

had a very bad experience. bought a bed which was delivered after a week and the item had defects. The panel had peeled off in multiple areas and one large patch which was noticed by the delivery guys were patched up by them. the paint marks were on the floor too. After raising the complaint I went to the outlet to fasten the process and was told that this was the last piece and hence the defect. I paid additional charges for the new bed and asked for a quick delivery. I was informed from the store that they will deliver the new item. The delivery guy calls to pick the bed and has no idea about the new order. The call centre team is neither answering the calls nor giving a solution. Very bad

By far the worst quality products and price we pay is not worth the same. For the last 5 months facing issue with a newly bought furniture for our living room. Firstly a poorly cushioned sofa set (3 & 2) were delivered on complaining they refilled the foam but dint replace with a new one. Then the leg of the sofa came off (barely used in a family of 2).

We bought sofa bed not even 4 weeks ago it ripped without usage and just today when we woke up we saw it fallen coz the lock broke (with bare to zero usage).

Centre table the rubber keeps comings off and the table falls off any time (repaired 3 times in 6 months).

Probably the last time we have bought any furniture, and do not recommend if you want quality. The prices are no less than the market so better to pay few more dhs and choose another platform.

It’s disappointing that Pan Emirates/Home is delivering such trash.
