Very bar service. I had to buy a rush gift and bumped to Pandora. The lady somna doesnt know which items were discounted. I saw the promotion that shows sale and i had to ask her 3 timed are you sure you dont have any bracelet on sale? 3 times she said No! I was insisting and said so what is this for? Pointing the brochure. Then she came up with 4 options which is hiding inside her cabinet. Not anymore!!!! In the end i had to buy 1 bracelet. Seem somna is not happy of what she is doing.

Super bad service and very. Racist . staff I they don’t even talk to me they just ignore me when I enter the shop I already know them names they I can even mention there names one Filpine lady and one guy he’s areb I don’t recommend this shop staff

Excellent customer service, the sales lady was very patient trying to explain every aspect of the purchase, and also gave various options to mix and match the bracelets.

Bad service . I really don't wanna rate even 1 star. This review is for that filipino staff who really didn't showed any interest to assist me
. The store was not busy at all. There was like only 2 costumers when i entered. Actually i was looking for a ring and it was my first time to visit pandora store.

I picked 1 ring and i looked at her thinking if she could assist me but instead that, She was just standing there and she didn't even bothered to ask me anything . She mentioned that ring price standing over there , with really straight face, as she might be thinking , that i will not buy that ring after knowing the price.

I replied her saying. that's ok .. Only after that she came to me and somehow pretended like she's assisting me on that point i was already disappointed.

Even though I purchased that ring but i was not happy at all.

Lesley is very helpful and supportive. He was able to sort out a delivery problem that I was facing very effectively. He has very strong skills in handling an issue and I really advise to give him a raise. Thanks Lesley!

Very bad service and the colour of the bracelet plus charms have faded off despite cleaning. Waste of money. Would have been better if i had got gold for the same price.

Went in for my girlfriends birthday today and it was not busy. There were three staff members and there were two couples being helped.

We honestly stood there for 15 minutes before someone finally came over and said can I help you.

I don’t know how they’re paid but I did not want to take a chance on giving them any commission. They must be trained very basically. They could not even say I’ll be with you in a minute.

They just kept looking awkwardly at us in between helping the others who I don’t think even bought anything.

I will be in Sydney later this month. I’ll buy everything there. I just took pictures of the items I wanted and shood the sales lady off when she came.
