Booked this on agoda and came to find out that there is no concierge or services that resemble a hotel.
Communication with the owner was extremely spotty and the security guard present was uninformed of my stay.
There is no wifi in the lobby and I'm also baffled as to why I was charged an additional 23 dollars per day by default with Agoda for "resort fees" when the building does not offer anything close to resort services.
My expectations for an additional resort fee are as follows:
1. Every day cleaning
2. Check-in/Checkout concierge
3. Breakfast or kitchen options
4. Perks
This is like a subpar Airbnb.
2 stars.
The location is cool, but proceed with extreme caution

This area always traffic jam minimum one hour to 2 hours to get out from this area by car the worst area in whole dubai

Neverending traffic... Morning... evening... Prayer time road blocked... Saturday full day can stuck for 2 hours... It's a disaster

A very nice place where you can learn the history of this area, there are interesting exhibits, a souvenir shop. Fresh renovation. I recommend.

Charming little gift/ book store with informative exhibits. Could have been more charming if staff chatted with customers rather than among themselves.

Really nice gift shop, staff were helpful and friendly and the spaces to look out the window and draw were great for kids (or big kids).

All the products are much nicer quality than what you find in town as well.

Impressive place to visit specious and very well laid out showing the history of the area giving lots of information.

Allow time to get familiar with the experience before taking in the views outside

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable

Visit the Books for sale area within and you will find both new and 2nd hand books for sale at reasonable prices
I think The proceeds are used for the Museum

Great museum and shop, alot of information laid out well, very interesting especially the ancient skeleton remains of the beachy head woman who lived in the roman period. Great place to visit after walking along beachy head.

Lovely experience & walk through displays. Informative guide plus seeing the coin find was my interest. Free entrance - donation if wish.

Truly charmful little museum. Curation is exceptionally good! A lot of heart has gone in to tell the story of this magical spiritual place.

Excellent exhibition with knowledgeable and friendly staff in a beautiful location plus locally produced stock in the shop, and free to enter. Who could ask for more.
