The poppers were nice but less cheese.
Pizza was average.
Service by the serving lady was sweet.

To add insult to injury, the pizza was finally delivered a whopping two hours after I placed my order, despite the fact that the store is a mere 8 minutes away from my location. This level of inefficiency and lack of urgency is astonishing. Not only did they waste my time and test my patience, but they also demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
To make matters worse, when the pizza finally arrived, two hours after ordering, it tasted anything but fresh and hot. In fact, it felt like I was served reheated leftovers that lacked flavor and had a stale crust. This experience left me thoroughly dissatisfied.
Considering the poor service and the disappointing quality of the pizza, I will not be choosing Papa John's again. Their inability to deliver on time, along with serving subpar food, is a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction.
I strongly advise against ordering from Papa John's if you expect prompt service and a satisfying pizza experience. Look elsewhere for a more reliable and enjoyable option.

We assumed that it was because of the offer. We payed 100 aed, it is not like we got all pizzas for free. Why to do that?
