I have ordered many times Papa Johns before and it was very nice, however in this branch i don’t know how they prepare it but it came very soggy and oily that I actually was sick after it.

I spent over 300 dirhams to receive cold pizza to serve to my guests. No one wanted to take responsibility and correct the situation. As a loyal customer of the brand, I am very upset.

Very sad service, I waited for 2 hours for my delivery and yet they say we have raised a complaint at Motor City branch . But now it’s been 3 hours but still no food. Please don’t order from here. Worst experience ever

They have lots of offer with different credit cards.

Delivery was done not in time.
I mentioned specific time of delivery, but it was delivered one hour before it. Delivery guy gave it to security and didn’t inform me.
Papa johns is not giving any solution.

No more orders from Papa Johns.
