Went to pick up my stamp. I ask verbally and also send a message with full instructions, i specify black ink but they they prepared blue. I had to wait more. I realized that the stamp had issues opening. I told them and they tried fixing it, but after waiting more they said that is a new stamp.
So I end up waiting and getting a broken stamp.
If you need a stamp choose another place, it is full of places that make stamps.
Disappointed!
