I bought a 2018 Ford Transit custom with 105K on the clock for my son and I to transport our Motocross bikes, the van was exactly as described, in really good condition with service history of every 6 months being an ex lease hire van and one previous owner. I dealt with Tony from start to finish who was very helpful and enthusiastic. I work in the automotive trade and find it very rare to find such an establishment so if anyone is looking for a good van from a great company then Countryside Commercials certainly get my vote and I've already recommended you to several people looking. Purchased a van from Tony and Ashley - when I got it home I realised there wasn’t any wheel changing kit/tools.

Spoke to Tony and Ashley about this and Ashley kindly sent a full kit via a courier - overall this was a pleasant buying experience. Yes, I’d buy again from here. Thanks guys ????

What a disappointing experience my son put a £300 deposit on a van from here he was not advised not to drive it away as it had a problem with a sensor. We were told one had been ordered it was the Easter weekend so we weren’t expecting any movement after having to chase them for a few days my son got a phone call to say the van was ready and the gasket had been fixed That wasn’t what we were told was the problem !!!! After various emails and phone calls my son asking for his deposit back still no deposit returned !!! We were told we could have the deposit returned to us on the visit !! Not only were we told one thing was wrong and it wasn’t that at all. Now my son has never had his deposit returned !!!
I would not recommend this company at all !!!

Called today to look at a van I didn't buy but may do bext week. Good selection of decent tidy vans in a nice well run yard. Friendly helpful guy running the show ad was very helpful ????

Countryside criminals more like - their promised warranty does not exist. I tried to contact them about a fault on a van I purchased less than three weeks previously - they refused to look at it and threatened the police when I took it back to their premises. They do not honour any Trading Standards. Now they've blocked my phone number -what does that tell you?? Walk away.

Bought a 2017 nissan navara from countryside commercials, had dealings with both Ashley and Tony, both nice friendly guys who did their best to sort out the sale, finance, warranty and explained all our options.
Picked up the car at the arranged time, the car was clean and tidy, the paperwork was all sorted out and we were on our way within an hour.
A small problem we had with the car was sorted quickly and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend countryside commercials to anyone.

Review downgraded now the apparent issues of a lot of scratches and chips are apparent and must have been waxed in rather than repaired. Despite raising concerns vehicle had a flat battery assured it was fine within weeks battery failed and was replaced by garage and no help from seller. Check these vehicles carefully for covered up issues they are dressed up well.
