Worst service ever I have seen, staff is not friendly or helpful, they don't have manners, rudely talking, very arrogant staff, I buy something and the cost is 15Aed, I have only 100aed they refused to take, and said no change and accidentally I saw they have change in counter and they are not giving, I don't know what they will do with the change,

Easily accessible..Used to go with friends to enjoy tea time most of the evening.. every day.. tea, snacks ( Cutlet, pups , bonda , onion vada , dhal vada ) all are so good.. Also Special tea , boost all are available..affordable prices..

It was my first visit to the store, and I was astonished by the selection and freshness of the food. When I got to the counter, my bill was 20.50 DHS, so I handed over 100 DHS to the cashier, who stated he didn't have any change. I informed him that I only have 100 and 20 DHS. He showed me his cash drawer, but mistakenly left it fully open, allowing me to see all of the money in his drawer. I saw that there are notes of 5,10,20, but he still refuses to accept my 100 DHS. He isn't moving at all, and he wants me to leave the store empty-handed. Suddenly, one man interrupted, and they began speaking in their native tongue. Eventually, the other person instructed the cashier to take the 20 DHS.

That cashier should not be there since he does not care about the customer or their business. The manner he spoke and worked should not be tolerated at PARCO. Yesterday was my first and last visit to that store.
