Natasha is one of the best therapists I know. She really understands and cares for her clients and has provided members of my family with invaluable support during difficult and emotional times. She has guided them through challenging experiences and really helped with anxiety and anxious behaviour at school. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Natasha is a great therapist. I started working with her over 12 months ago after some significant life upheaval and Natasha helped me worked through the associated anxiety through a series of sessions. Now, she’s helping me better prepare for challenges ahead - something I really value.

Had many a therapist/counsellor over the years but Natasha has finally made all the difference. Compassionate, caring, articulate and understanding, she encompasses everything that one looks for on an often painful, joyful, revelatory and highly personal journey. Cannot recommend Natasha enough.

Natasha has offered therapy to my son for two years and as a result my anxious troubled little boy has bloomed into this a wise adolescent. Natasha has offered support to my son where I, as a parent felt completely out of my depth.She made it very accessible for him so he could get an online session with him and liaised with me when necessary without breaching his trust. I can never praise her enough and we are indeed very grateful for her therapy.

Natasha at the wellness project has really helped me over the past few years. She is kind friendly and nonjudgmental, and what’s more she genuinely cares for her clients, believe it or not that is not always the case in the nhs. I have had may different therapist and counsellors and she has to be one of the best. I really can’t thank her enough For how much she has helped me. 5 *

Natasha is very caring and kind, listening to all issues and troubles. She offers encouragement, and alternative views and thoughts, allowing you to consider things differently. A huge help to me, and has helped my anxiety enormously.

Natasha worked with me over the summer of 2022 and I am so grateful for her insight, time and expertise. She shared helpful psychology theories (which I love) and was available when I needed an extra session, outside of our weekly/bi-weekly structure.
