My all time favorite for occasions. They have EVERY THING! (balloons, decorations, tableware, costumes,etc…..) This is my third time working with them for my niece and nephew’s birthday and they did exactly what I requested. If your order is big and doesn’t fit in your car, They can deliver it order to your house. The employees are so helpful & patient. Thank you for all the help! Will always be back to this shop ????!!

My go to place for all party requirements. They do assemble balloon bunches for you and they can also make balloon arches based on your requirements. This place is massive and the staff are very helpful. There is ample RTA parking around the place.

The store has great option for all occasions but the low rating is for customer service.
Went to the store during their off-peak time and I was handled by relay of the staff who didn't seem so interested to help, zero customer service and experience.
Really disappointed as there are so many great ideas at the store but the staff doesn't seem keen on showing options or give any suggestions.

This place is just fantastic. So many choices of balloon and party items. Really reasonable price compared to some shops I found online. I prefer to choose something I can see in the big shop like this. Service is great too. Thanks for Roman who helped me to choose balloons.

I love how much they have to offer and the prices they offer the items at, however My mum had put a question out to one of the staff with due respect… however she was not dealt with the same respect she put out, the curly haired Filipino lady was quite rude and disregarded her, thus I would have to consider this while putting out the amount of stars …. Good place otherwise, Would appreciate some basic manners from staff overall as the business heavily relies on this if they want customers to come back that is !

They have a great variety of party supplies. They remind me of the party stores in America. They have great quality balloons. They are also very helpful with making sure you find the right colors to make the balloons you need for your party. They were extremely helpful and offered great customer service. I will definitely them again.

I booked a taxi with Clevedon Taxi yesterday to pick me up from a concert at 9.45 pm. However, the company phoned my house number and told my father they wouldn't be able to pick me up at 8.30 pm. My father couldn't contact me on my mobile as my phone was switched off as I was in a concert so I waited for the taxi in the dark for nothing!!!! Especially unpleasant and scary for an elderly female on her own. Surely a taxi company is responsible for collecting you once they've accepted a booking?
