Waiting 20 minutes for returning a costume even when I'm first in line. Took to long, bad service, and confused workers in the store. Can't recommend Party Zone.

We have been buying all our party supplies from here , faced multiple issues recently , such bad quality of the balloons and accessories, and staff being extremely rude and unprofessional , wouldn’t recommend their products lots of other better companies in the market.

Can only say the one star reviewer has never met this lady. Esther always has her customers at the forefront of her mind and could not be more helpful and friendly. I am a customer of over 10+ years. Certainly make her the first taxi you would call.
