This place is heaven with anything and everything party related available.
Their customer service is absolutely the best..im from al ain and they made sure to deliver my daughter’s birthday costume in time
If there were more stars I would give it to the absolutely best customer service super helping

I really recommend party zone for nice, variant and good priced birthday items.I especially like the helium balloons filling service which comes at the lowest price in dubai.

Super super expensive. Just ridiculous. Same uniform in carefour half the price nearly. And then tried to return it 30 mins later they said not allowed to refund only 6 months credit. Well. Not impressed

My second experience was bad there, the guy over there wasn’t cooperative at all. And he was a bit rude in his tone.

We came in 15 minutes before closing because we needed to urgently buy a halloween costume and the workers kicked us out and were very rude and lazy; they closed 15 minutes before the designated time which is illegal. I do not recommend you to go to this place nor shop at their other branches.
