Every time they shows me the worst behavior at their best, i really didn't understand the behavior of the store staff when it comes to delivery ,they only mention that they will delivery, but when delivery time they mention an hour it means it will come after 4 hours , in that case why you want to mention that we have the home delivery option if it really not manageable then why you want to promt this. Even i orderef in the APP, even there also they will only delivery what they want to deliver and with their own timings. If management is serious about the business and then consider and monitor the store the truth will be out. Don't mention in the reply saying that we really sorry for the inconvenience. if you feel it improve the service and if your not serious then this is for the people who serious about their purchases.

Exasperating Attitude and Customer Services.

1st. Not checking the expiration date. They sell expired items.
2nd. Very lobg time to answer the phone. You need to call so many times but still not anawering the phone. And when you visit the store. They put in hung because they are busy.
3rd. Fish Staff is with attitude.

One of the waste supermarket in karama area. From the staffs we can't get any +ve response. Today 04/04/23 infront of us an accident happened inside the shop. The staff they didn't think about the customer. They thinks only about their products.

Customer service is very bad, especially at the fish stall. They only attend to and give responses to their daily or special customers. It doesn't matter how long you wait at that stall; they still prioritize certain customers over others. Additionally, the quality of vegetables is consistently low.

Supermarket with all required items at reasonable price and special offers during weekend and home delivery is also available

Said there is no delivery service to a building in Karama which isn't 10mins distance from them..not possible for customers without cars to travel all the way there to buy heavy bottles of water and walk all the way back home..poor customer service and overpriced items..told all my contacts to never visit..

Delivery very bad.. it take one hour to bill a home delivery.. and
they dont care to send delivery even if the building is nearby. Remove the lazy staff and put active people.
