Phatan restaurants are in the list of best Pakistani restaurants in U.A.E and here i went for the first time , very clean restaurant with grewt staff and great service, i ordered Chicken Karahi and Roti i would say the taste was very nice ???????? later on i ordered Karak tea and it was really karak ????????

I always eat here everyday and it will be very bad if I won't leave any review since they do deserve one. They say if you want to be adventurous with food, see where the locals eat and you will find the best one. That's what I did with Pathan restaurant, I've been eating here from time to time since 2017 and now my workplace is nearby, I go here every time during my lunch. Being the only Filipino eating in 100% Pakistani restaurant is really an adventure, Unlike other restaurant where I get ignored by the staff, here I was welcomed and they are very hospitable. To others this is nothing but for me it is big. The food that they serve gives you a trip to Pakistan in very cheap price. A must visit to those who want to try legit Pakistani food. I will never get tired of visiting this place and will definitely mark a spot during my stay here in Dubai. To the staff, thank you so much guys!

Food is really delicious
Ambiance is average but best hotel in economical category ( 5star)
Mutton Karahi, Chapal kebab & dal is highly recommended.
Served bread was hot & crisp.
Economical restaurant
Mild Green cardamom tea
Mr Younas is best service provider ????
Cleanliness is fine.

This restaurant is located in heart of AlQuoz same building of Grand City Mall. We visited this restaurant after long time and can say that food quality is much better than compared to our last visit at the same restaurant few years back. This time we tried Mutton Pulao and Namkeen and off course Daal and Roti ????

Used the car park and when leaving, a large vehicle was blocking one side of the lane, so I decided to use the one on the left. A female staff was doing something, but suddenly she started to throw her arms about in a rude manner indicating not in use. No visible cones to let users know that it's not in use. Customer service is dead. I guess some people do not know how to communicate. If management is reading this, I will highly recommend you sending your staff on some training on how to communicate.

Getting more expensive each time I visit! Several of the pay machines were not working, so I had to trapse up & down the stairs to find one that was!

£2.20 for up to 2 hours in December '22. Meant I spent longer there than I needed and I did spend more too!! Good value.

The ticket machine on the first floor was not working this Sunday(13/2/22). There was also no access to machines within the enclosed shopping centre. Fortunately the machine on the second floor was working. This is not the first time I've had problems on Sundays with broken first floor machines. Please repair them.
