Nice simple underground station which is served by the Metropolitan line. There is no disabled access only stairs to the platforms very quiet station.

I used my travel card on the barriers, once on the platform I remembered I left something in my car. When I tried to get out the barrier said 'seek assistance'. No staff working. Nowhere visible to call for assistance. Now I can't get out of the station.
My wife had the same problem. The women's toilets are before the barriers, so my wife had to go to toilet in the men's, which was foul by the way, whilst I stood guard.
On the platforms there are two men's toilets and zero womens toilets.

In comparison to other London Underground stations, this is a horrible, dirty and very under maintained station. This is the station I regularly use when I am in London. I honestly don't know when I last saw staff working here, so the ticket office is permanently closed. There are spiders webs and birds drippings visible at this station. It seems London Underground have given up on this station. Every day I use this station, the ticket barriers are open with no inspector, so you can easily leave without a ticket. The ticket machine is badly running out of ink and a ticket inspector at another station had the audacity to complain to me that he couldn't read my ticket and it could be fraud.

Tube station that you are highly unlikely to catch a train from as the service is so unbelievably poor, infrequent and majority of the time just non existent. Trains go northbound to Watford, but never seem to come back, if you wish to waste away hours of your day, sat on a hard wooden bench waiting for a train to London that will never come, this is the place for you. If you'd like to go to Watford, you'll get there but will most likely never return.

Nice pleasent area lots of various company's in Croxley. The river which has an lock is a very well kept place, minium rubbish laying around the area very nice. The wildlife is pleasing to see with a lot of various birds and duck/geese. The river has plenty of moorings although they all look private moorings. The housing estate The Byewaters is a good mix of design of property which is kept well. Generally an very nice area very good.

I recently visited Station and was pleasantly surprised. This station is going through major renovations and is a pleasant station to travel through. It is well organized especially the buying of train tickets, with helpful staff.

Station is currently going through some renovations but it doesn’t hinder the station use
