I got a bike as a surprise gift here. I rode it less than 2km, and it started having with the main gear (jumping).
NEW BIKE!!! 3Kaed+ price!
We tried to return to upgrade for a new better quality one, and because it was a gift and the returning time passed for 1 day, they didn't help me.
Horrible service, horrible customer service. Don't come here, you will be completely disappointed, don't waste your time, there are plenty of better places in Dubai.

The worst customer service I have ever received from any type of shop. Spent a lot of money on a road bike but the hanger unexpectedly broke after a couple of months. They barely repaired it as 2 months after that, the rear derailleur broke. The staff constantly accused me of having a crash, which somehow only managed to break a rear derailleur, and not a single scratch anywhere else on the bike. They had no parts to repair again. They would not collect the part from Wolfi's 1km down the road, forcing me drive several hours to drop off. In the end, I took the bike without repair to take it somewhere else. The shop looks great but don't be fooled.

I visited this store yesterday looking for a 700x40 tube. They did not have it in stock but had 700x38 which I asked them to fit for my flat tire. Ricky who was helping me out was very clear in warning me that this is not a right choice and actually helped me look for where I may find it. This won me over from a honesty to consumer standpoint. I did not purchase anything but left with a lot of trust to come back here when I get my next set of wheels.

I have been there with my family and we bought 2 bikes. Price was amazing and staff was very supportive to get correct product for us. I strongly recommend this bike store in dubai

Nice bike shop, helpful staff, but a bit lacking in variety in terms of tires and other upgrades. But overall good experience and prices are a bit high, but you can catch a good deal sometimes.

Those guys seemed like they really hate their jobs, or they will just serve you if you come flashing the cash or god knows how, we were going to get a bianchi, but no one didn't even ask, what we were looking for or offered help. They just ignored us.... And the store was empty! So we left.

lucky us the new place in motor city has bianchis too, so we managed to get them there.

Yet again a fabulous cut from the Barnham barber shop, very friendly atmosphere and conversation , with late opening some days and the ease of booking online is a massive bonus.
The team always smiling and greet people as friends ... what more could you ask for , well done team !!

I wouldn’t recommend them for Afro hair cuts. I did have a haircut with them 12 months or so ago and I was pleased by the service. This time, I got an inexperienced person who has no idea on how to cut Afro hair. They did not trim my forehead and they did not even apply aftershave after the haircut. This person was basically using my head to learn how to cut hair.

Excellent quality and service, as always!

On a sweltering day like today, it was very well received when Dean offered me a cold soft or alcoholic drink from the fridge in the waiting area! That is just a touch of class to add to the already excellent service here.

The online booking system is also a brilliant idea and makes things hassle free.

My son had his hair cut from here he's bit picky as who cuts his hair Dean made him comfortable by talking to him during his trim so made him at ease and did my boys hair really well

A great place for a haircut. Very professional and nice friendly people. I thought it was good value and I would recommend to anyone. A real treat to have a proper hair cut, very happy thank you.
