I had an amazing experience with Performance Tuning LLC! They provided me with two outstanding services. Firstly, Mr. Alaa expertly tuned my Audi, delivering a professional, swift, and reasonably priced service. Secondly, Mr. Nasser and his team executed a meticulous cleaning job on my Audi twice. Their attention to detail was impressive, and when I had some feedback the second time, they promptly addressed it. Their professionalism and kindness in dealing with customers is truly commendable. I'm looking forward to getting a ceramic coating done by them, and I'll be referring all my car-loving friends and family to their services. Special thanks to Mr. Chris from the Dubai showroom's sales team for making it all possible. His consistent support has been greatly appreciated!

One of the honest place for your car to take, really good experience we have had, this is the 3rd time with 3 different cars we have dealt with them, they have solved the issue very conveniently. And you wouldn’t even notice if there was a issue.

The customer service is superb
Special thanks to Mr Abby, his way of communication is excellent. Feels confident to give your car without any hesitation.

Very good experience with this garage. I had to repair my car following an accident and RSA asked me to go there. They said it would take 1 week to repair and it actually took 1 week. So just in time with a quality service. I recommend.

Bad experience, very expensive garage with bad results, paint color is different than original, it took more than 12 days for 1 door paint with bad result.
Not recommended at all.
On top of that I found the rear AC not working now , they might cut some wire while repairing or doing detailed cleaning.

Special thanks to Marienal for excellent customer service and to the Emmanuel on security gate for his kind assistance when the rental company arrived very late. Both were extremely helpful, proactive and supportive to ensure a smooth process. Overall the service was great just took a little longer than hoped. Would recommend. Thanks!

I used this company after a driver hit the front of my car, causing damage to the front bonnet. I cannot recommend this company any more. Friendly and professional staff, answering WhatsApp and phone calls immediately without delay. The service itself was fantastic. I have never seen my car so clean and shiny. The guys cleaned the car inside and out (Including under the bonnet) it looks brand new. Not to mention the damage has been completely repaired. Very happy and highly recommend. Thank you to Marinel for all her communication and help.

The company doesn't even respond to phone calls. Nobody even picks up the phone or calls back, even with pending works. My car's job was partly finished 1.5 months ago and it took them 2 weeks for what can be done in 5 days. And they haven't followed up in 1.5 months, even once for the remaining work as other parts havent arrived. And initially they wanted to keep my car till remaining parts arrive. I had to insist to give the car with partial work done, otherwise my car would've been lying at garage for 2 months.

Marinel tries her best to finish the job and communicate, but the rest of setup is very unprofessional and non responsive. I can't believe its owned by Al Nabooda group!
