Find a wide variety of flowers. I went to get a Jasmine flower for my wife. I thought I would definitely get old flowers. But, I got a fresh flower and impressed my wife on our wedding day.

This shop is located next to the Red Pepper restaurant. Very much fresh flowers especially jasmine flowers are available here every day. Almost all items required for Hindu rituals and products of Tamil Nadu are available here for reasonable rate.

Absolutely disgraceful delivery service, report on their tracking system customer was out at 1600hrs, card left, an absolute tissue of lies. Both my wife and myself were in, whoever placed this report needs to be severely disciplined. Used the automated telephone system, it is as much use as a chocolate frog on a hot summers day. I re-booked a delivery for today on the web site, still not arrived at 1345hrs, 2.5 days late, checked the Web site, " it's not left the depot". I would avoid this firm like the plaque. If you are a supplier and want to keep your hard earned reputation "Stay Away" Paul Beavan

Wish I could put no stars, not worthy of a rating. Waited in for a delivery all day, spoke to a rep on live chat who told me it was ‘assigned to the tour today’ after I asked if delivery will be made today. And they’re not open on Sundays, so Thankyou Yodel for being the worst courier alongside Evri. Don’t appreciate my expensive parcel being left in your depot when it should’ve been delivered today! Avoid Yodel at all costs if you can

Shocking. I paid for next day delivery and the company I bought from had the parcel at my local yodel depot within 12 hours of my order. I'm now on day 5. Spoke to their online web chat yesterday and was told to wait about 48 hours and contact again if no parcel. The collection option now says I can collect from 7 says after my order. I suggest no companies ever use yodel if their "next day" service is actually at least a week.

Shocking service so far. Surprised they're still open after reading many reviews so similar.

Allegedly attempted to deliver and missed me on the 4/07 (was in all day). Allegedly tried again today 5/07 (was in all day again). No calling card left as they didn't even attempt to deliver my item and to think I'm using annual leave to wait in for this. Joke of a company.

Just to note I tracked the driver most the day today, and when it states they had attempted to deliver they were back at the depot!

Awful company. Driver posted my parcel to a completely different address and marked it as delivered through the letterbox. When I called he told me to check my bins and that he took a picture but couldn’t show me. After complaining, yodel came back to me and said they didn’t have anything concrete to report and that I needed to speak to the retailer instead. Shocking service from this company!

Absolute disgrace of a company, supposably tried to deliver the same parcel twice over two days and now returning to sender, I have cctv and a ring door bell and they definitely did not even attempt delivery! I work from home and my desk is next to my front door, its physically impossible to miss a delivery!

looks like the driver couldn't be arsed to deliver as it was getting late, 20:04 failed delivery attempt even though i had not left the house and noting on my cctv or ring door bell. lies after lies AVOID!!!!!

They don't leave calling cards and have the nerve to say they tryed 3 time's to deliver my parcel! That's fun as there is a note on the door window saying please live with flat a or b. Will not use the dodgy company ever.

Yodel have the dubious accolade of employing the invisible man. And his powers extend to the calling card, which is also invisible. How do I know? Well, I have a Ring doorbell and have been in the house all morning and the guy definitely has not been here.

Customer disservice claim that the attempt was made and only one attempt can be made per day. My definition of an attempt is when someone gets out of their van and brings the parcel to the door, then knocks and waits for an answer. For Yodel, an attempt is when the driver gets within a few hundred yards and decides he can’t be bothered to actually find your house. I think my version is the more productive of the two.

So yes, Yodel’s driver will lie and be backed up in his lie by some poor sod working in an Indian contact centre. Either way, had I known this supplier was using Yodel to deliver there is no way in hell I would have ordered from them. This is beyond incompetent, it’s blatantly unprofessional.

If you have any choice whatsoever, do not use Yodel.
