Best staff best groomers very sweet and kind ! They also have a VET clinic in JVC and they’re amazing!! I adopted my dog Picco from them (they also host adoption days for dogs/cats) and they’ve changed our life! Also they’re extremely genuine with the prices !

The groomer did a great cut, but the staff are terrible. He let my dog stand on the grooming table without any protection and left her alone. When she saw me, she tried to walk towards me and almost fell off the ledge. Luckily my reaction go attention of a groomer who was grooming another dog. I will never forget this.
This thing was happened in 10 months ago. I didn't intend to do anything, but a friend suggested that I remind other fur parents. So I wrote this google review. I hope the store can improve the working process. Don't let this happen to other puppies.

The reply of store is so ridiculous. How does the staff work indoors to communicate with me that I asked him to leave me to take pictures? From the beginning to the end, I didn't communicate with him. I picked up my phone to take pictures after seeing him leave. DON’T LIE. TOO RIDICULOUS.

The service is spectacular and you can tell the people really car about the animals.
My experience at Pet Avenue JVC was extremely positive – the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The grooming of my dog was just as I had wanted.
Definitely i would recommend to others.

Pets Avenue picked up and dropped my pet husky after grooming. I took the Basic wash package and was really impressed with the results. My husky was having a blowout after winter and Pets avenue did an excellent job in very neatly grooming him and cleaning his paws and ears. The person who picked and dropped my pet was also very caring and friendly. Thank you Pets avenue ♥️

Took my puppy for her first grooming and was amazed by alexia she guided me throughout the process and discussed in the detailed hair trimming. Super friendly atmosphere and extremely professional. To a level that she kept my puppy under her supervision the whole time.

They always take such good care of my dog when she goes for grooming. My dog shivers when taken for grooming still they manage to keep her calm

Told us we would not get a cab from anyone but them after 10pm which was absolutely not true as we asked another cab firm and they said if we need a cab later this is fine. I may have been born at night but it wasn't last night.

I would recommend this service to anyone! Really good price good service, I had a red cab the guy was so lovely and genuine he's a top man! Also very friendly Im honestly keeping to this company.
