I have been visiting Rose Rayhaan Rotana for the past 4 years and this time my experience in Petals restaurant for breakfast was unpleasant. Starting from the arrangement... the breakfast presentation cannot be compared to even a 2 star hotel. I guess they do maintain the space neat and clean. Now the food part was even more unhygienic.. Morning breakfast has veg peas greasy curry, greasy noodles, dead cold egg omletes and slushy scramble. Poor quality food for a 4 star hotel. Previous years were top notch and this was one of the first experience. Low staffs and if any orders will take ages to reach the table. Quality of juices was low compared to the packet juices you get from a supermarket. With all due respect I have been had good experience but this time was a total disappointment. Sorry Rotana Team I couldn't control myself giving this review but this is true to my heart being a loyal Customer who has been choosing Rose Rayhaan Rotana for long stay 2 to 3 months all these years. You need some good attention. Or else you will find customers not preferring to come next time and it will be a huge loss...

Normal food and friendly staff. But poor services you have to wait long time to be served. If you have discount the price is worth it otherwise is expensive compare to the food that they serve

I tried sohour and I didn't like it as it doesn't have a variety of options, however, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The Petals Restaurant is on the first floor of the hotel.The restaurant is quite spacious as it covers the full space on that floor. The seating arrangement was well designed to make each guest comfortable. The overall ambiance was very relaxing. The service was outclass and top-notch. The staff was going out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and well taken care of. The best part is petals restaurant is also available on entertainer and cobone. I had an amazing time at the buffet & I would recommend everyone to give it a try.

This hotel is ranked to be the second tallest hotel in Dubai, petals is on the 1st floor. I highly recommend the surf and turf buffet which offers a variety of dishes that have been prepared to their absolute best. You have not lived until you have tried the Um Ali!! Overall very satisfied with the level of service and quality of food

If you expect drinking a good glass of wine during your diner, no way, it is a soft drink restaurant. But the buffet is great and the 99 AED price for hotel residents is very interesting for the quality of the food. Anyway, for me, a diner in a restaurant can’t be good without wine, and having a « No » immediately at the begining of the diner is really bad.

I called to book for 4 people and they were fine until they know that I will use entertainer voucher they then said it is fully booked. I did not even eat there but a naive lie like that one is a bad indication

I was staying in rose rayhaan hotel and the breakfast of this petal restaurant is very delicious but the service over here is very bad one of the manager named Basant was very rude to us and he was continuously arguing with us it was very bad experience. We didn't expect someone who would be so bad with us. I hope next time there will be good service and they improve thier staff..

I have attended the practice for over fifteen years and Dr T Khan is without doubt the best dentist I have experienced. Required treatment is explained in detail and all work is carried out in a professional and efficient manner. Patients are also given practical advice regarding dental hygiene to be observed between routine appointments.

Upfront cost of £45 to have a dentist look at your teeth and tell you you need a filling, then make a second journey to get the filling done!
Don't forget the £50 deposit!

Money making scam and very greedy owners.

Definitely do not recommend, even the lady on the desk didn't agree with it!

If you are private please do shop around

The only memory I have is having a tooth ripped out by one of the NHS lads and he wasn't even sorry about the fact I was nervous or anything.

Amazing dentist. Dr Khan replaced my amalgam filling to a white filling. Extremely happy with service. Worth every penny. Thank you for being so gentle. :)

Congratulations to Dr Khan and his team. All I can say is that he is a magician and extremely good at what he does. An officer (dentist) and a gentleman too.

Wonderful Staff, very helpful nurses. dentist explained what was needed and were very understanding. very modern and clean practice
