Never clear on whether or not stock is available. I will always get to know about the problems or delays in delivery only after I've paid. EVERY TIME. I've been buying from here for almost a year now, and it's time to switch. I've been incredibly patient so far.

TLDR: disaster for stock availability and expiry dates. The website is never updated. Started ordering from WhatsApp and it's not any better.

Customer support, the poor team really tries. But management needs to do better. It's hard to be nice when there's issues everytime I order.

I had ordered for my cat's pet food, the order was processed promptly by Ms Marie who is the customer processing lady at Petpro. She was kind by asking how old is the cat, gender and tolerant to seafood etc. This was absolutely very nice of her as none at other stores asked me in such detail about my cat before whilst ordering online. Excellent quality of pet food I recieved and my cat loves it. Her hair fall has reduced, thanks to the feedback that the sales lady had asked before I ordered. Best of luck Petpro, good to know u employ staffs who work from the heart. Thank you

Edit: They still didn’t have my product after waiting the extra time. Said their supplier was also out of stock and offered a “discount” for another product. I have awarded them 3 stars for “consistent communication” but I don’t think I will shop there again, unless I have to.

My order was delayed by two days. However they informed me in a timely manner, and they were careful to explain that they were out of stock. They also gave my options from the same brand that could arrive sooner. 5 star service, and they were cheaper than Amazon and Dubaipetfood!

we ordered last Friday morning and till now nothing. The delivery is very very very poor. Last time dealing with them.

Update: situation resolved and will continue to deal with petpro. The manager is great and efficient in solving the issue but I hope from now on it will not have to escalate to the manager and the staff will be able to deal effectively and swiftly.

Customer service is excellent, Nikkita was great and helped me to order the products that I needed that were previously out of stock. This is the second time I have ordered from them, and will be doing so weekly from now on! The delivery time has been quick both times, and the delivery drivers have also been very nice and let you know an ETA via WhatsApp. 10/10 experience the whole way through.

I was looking for some products and they are kind enough to send me links of the products that I am looking for. Very fast delivery and very professional and friendly staff. Mr. Chris went out of his way to ensure the delivery will take place and that did not left my fur babies hungry! Will definitely order again from Petpro! Thanks Petpro!

A disgraced company who gave me grief on more than six occasions. The worst was when they took TWO weeks to deliver my items i had already paid for and the customer service team’s treatment of me was abhorrent. I was forced to feed my cat’s treats because i didn’t know where else to buy their food and couldn’t change brand so suddenly.

Management provided me with a lifetime 20% discount code to compensate, apologise and ensure i remain a customer. I respected his way of doing business so I remained a customer.

Discount code expired, not even 6 months later. I am told there is new management and they cancelled the code, even after knowing what it was for. Disgusting behaviour. Closing my account. There are tons of other pet food shops in Dubai to choose from.

Update: Modified the comments, as I did get a call from Chris, the operations manager, which listened very carefully to my frustrations, was very acknowledging and took the feedback accordingly. He was able to provide a justification and able give clear answers. Just ask for him if the staff is not being clear enough and solution oriented.
Problem: Following up on an order and everyday they say "tomorrow". Only half ordered delivered and other not yet. My pets finished the food and the sand and it still didn't reach, it's been 8 days and 7 they are saying "tomorrow" and everyday another excuse.
